As demonstrated by the latest PMR report entitled Online OTC products market in Poland 2017. Market analysis and development forecasts for 2017-2022, respondents who buy supplements in the online channel are usually persons who intensely use products of this kind – in 2016, almost a half (45%) purchased at least seven different categories of supplements (both in the online channel and in brick-and-mortar stores).
In turn, purchases in the online channel are less intensely made – three-quarters of the respondents declare that they bought no more than three different product categories…
